What hardware do we need to run FoodCopia?
FoodCopia runs on any device with a modern web browser, so most off-the-shelf computers and tablets will work. Standard printers can be used for labels and documents. If your food bank requires industrial printers or specialized peripherals, these can be supported, but may need extra configuration time.
How is FoodCopia pricing calculated if we don’t know our annual food volume?
FoodCopia’s subscription is based on the amount of food you receive each year. If you’re unsure of your annual volume, we’ll start with a best estimate and then track your actual usage over the first three months. We’ll adjust billing at that point to make sure you’re on the right plan.
How it works?
Yes. FoodCopia is designed to be flexible. Customizations can range from small workflow tweaks to building entirely new modules, integrations, or interfaces. We work closely with your team to fully scope and deliver these changes, no matter how simple or complex.
